My Terms and conditions
• Payments for each of instruction should be made at least 3 days before the lesson starts. I reserve the right to change the hourly rate with reasonable notice to the pupil
• Lesson prices are, £60 for one and half hours and £80 for 2 hours.
• Block bookings payments can be made in advance by cash or bank transfer.
• Any lesson paid for in advance shall be refunded, should you pass your test earlier than expected or leave the school.
• A Minimum of 48 hour’s notice is required to be given by the pupil to cancel the lesson and should the pupil fail to give such notice, you will be charged the lesson fee.
• When I contact you, it will be by text or WhatsApp or phone call, I will NOT email you asking for payments.
• Although I will make every effort to arrive at the lesson start time, the very nature of the work means that events arising from traffic, weather and other situations, which are outside my control may mean the lessons may be rearranged or cancelled at short notice.
• Very rarely and interests of the Road Safety, I may withhold the use of my car for the driving test, if I feel the Pupil cannot control the car safely.
• In the interests of your safety you agree that I record video and audio during your lessons, you will be informed on the day.
• With your permission, I would like to take a photo with your pass certificate for use of digital marketing. You have the right to refuse this request, should you wish and can request the removal of your image at anytime.
• Its at my discretion to refuse a lesson, if I believe that the pupil is in anyway under the influence of drink or drugs at the time of the lesson.
• To ensure that external distractions are kept to a minimum, before the lessons begin you must turn off your mobile phone. Do not put it on silent, as the vibration noise can also be a distraction.
• Comfortable flat shoes are worn to ensure the cars pedals are accessed and felt with ease.
• The fee for using my car for the test is £120 this gives you approximately 1h practice and tuition before the test, the hire of my car for the test, and returning from the test centre afterwards.
• Driving tests may only be arranged with me, as I may have other tests booked or other commitments and might not to attend if you book a test without checking.
I may from time to time, unilaterally amend this contract in writing or email to comply with acceptable laws and regulations. Your continued use of this service indicates your acceptance to such amendments.
